The Buenos Aires Shankees Baseball Organization (SBO) offers Travel Baseball and Internship Programs 

TRAVEL PLAYERS (Ages 18 and Over)

Travel Players can be eligible for housing, part-time employment as English teachers, umpires, and baseball instructors in local clubs and schools. Players can take Spanish lessons and more…

INTERNSHIP PROGRAMS

The SBO offer internship programs in the following fields:

Sports Journalism:
Sports Photography.
Film and Arts.

Sports Journalists: The SBO offers those interested the chance to cover Shankee games and write game recaps and team news to be posted on the official Shankee Website. Interns would travel on the team bus to and from the games and hang out with the Shankees. Interns receive full credit for the written work.

Sports Photography: The SBO offers those interested the chance to cover Shankee games and capture all the action. Images would be posted on the Shankees Website and the intern would receive full credit for the photos taken.

Film and Arts: Cinema students and Artists. The SBO offers those interested, the chance to create a short film and/or documentaries to be posted on the Official Shankees Website. The intern would receive full credit for the work.

The Shankees Website is visited by baseball fans from around the world and is a great window for gaining exposure and acquiring real-life experience.
